The all new CB Hornet is powered by 162 cc single-cylinder air cooled engine that develops 15.6 BHP of maximum power at 8,500 rpm & peak torque at 6,500rpm. The gasoline motor is equipped with Honda Eco Technology (HET) that helps the bike offer “high acceleration” and sporty performance. This system lowers engine’s weight and friction, and enhances its fuel efficiency. Transmitting power to the wheels is a 5-speed transmission with 1-down 4-up shift pattern. The bike is all set to give a tough competition to the likes of Yamaha FZ, Suzuki Gixxer & others.
