seeing a good boom in the whole world after the most powerful leaders decided
to move on to sustainable energy recently in the Paris Climate Summit. India which is witnessing a highest FDI floe
following the PMs Make in India campaign has started to receive investment in
the E-vehicle industry as well.
As per recent development Sweden
based electric vehicle maker Clean Motion plans to invest $10Million (66 Cr.)
in a span of 3 years to expand their operations in the country including a new
assembly unit for their Zbee three- wheelers in the country.
The company is targeting malls,
SEZ & even tourist places to position their Electric Three Wheeler as a
premium product when compared to E-rickshaw.
The government under National Electric
Mobility Mission plan is also planning to offer attractive subsidy to promote
the production of e-vehicles in the country with a target of having seven
million electric and hybrid vehicles in India by 2020, meanwhile the
governments of Delhi and Karnataka have already eliminated all local taxes on
electric vehicles. The government has also created a working group under
transport minister Nitin Gadkari which is evaluating the possibility of
switching entirely to electric vehicles by 2030.”

time to get efficient vehicles like Tesla and others in the country, you can
contribute your best towards the environment by driving a vehicle powered by
