JD Power customer satisfaction study, rate a company at a scale of 1,000 points on the basis of Service Intimation, Service Advisory, Service Facility, Vehicle Pickup and Service Quality. According to the study, TVS scored a total of 773 in the customer satisfaction index, while Suzuki scored 764 and Royal Enfield 758. Yamaha scored 757 followed by Honda at 750, all above industry average of 748 points. Hero MotoCorp scored 742 points, Bajaj Auto 738 and Mahindra 738, all below the industry average of customer satisfaction.
